Carmen is phenomenal! She was very attentive to our baby viszla Loulou, is always thinking about what is best for Loulou and seeks input from us about how to best manage her pup time. She also provides great updates during her time with loulou!

Sergio is amazing with our pup and even brought him toys to play with! He’s always timely and is a great communicator. We’re glad to know our puppy is happy in the update pictures that he sends us.

Jenny was brilliant! I had a last minute cancellation from another sitter and she stepped in to take care of my cat. She was super friendly and relaxed around a nervous cat. Went the extra mile by helping me secure the house when she noticed a window was open! Would definitely recommend her and will be delighted to use her when I travel again.

I highly recommend Tara and cannot emphasize enough how wonderful she was with our cat, who normally doesn't warm up to people that easily. Our cat immediately cuddled Tara during the meet and greet, which blew us away. Tara not only came twice a day to feed our cat, but also administered eye drops for a recurring infection like a pro. Our cat's eye was significantly improved by the time we returned, and she was in great spirits. In the past, we had someone come to feed our cat and by the time we returned, she was withdrawn, despondent, and obviously angry at us for leaving her - we would spend days trying to bring her back around and this time, she was her regular old self and was perfectly happy we were home. We received pictures of our cat during every one of Tara's visits, and she made sure to give our cat lots of cuddles and play time, which I'm sure kept her happy while we were away. We look forward to re-booking Tara when we plan our next trip! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!
