We met Jackie earlier this week in anticipation of the first time we'd need a drop-in visit for our 4 month old puppy. Jackie was friendly, professional and so knowledgable during our initial meet & greet that my husband and I felt comfortable scheduling with her. Today we were both out of the house from around 9am - 10pm, and scheduled Jackie for two drop-in visits. We were anxious about leave our puppy at home for the first time, but Jackie's updates through out the day calmed our nerves, and we were delighted to come home to a very happy and well cared-for pup. We will definitely be reaching out to Jackie again to help us in the future!
