Just wow. It can be stressful leaving Fur Kids with a stranger but from the moment we met Louise, all fears were gone. I initially selected Louise for several reasons. She is retired military, which coming from a military family I knew would mean she would be dedicated, reliable, respectful, and skilled. After reading Louise's other reviews I saw she has experience with large and strong dogs. This gave me confidence she could handle my Malamute and her strong will and personality. From initial meet and greet, it was clear Louise was perfect. Immediately, my dog and Louise connected. Louise took her time and knew just how to "connect" with a dog on a first meeting. Her love for animals was clear and her knowledge was apparent as she asked all the right questions on meet up and truly took note of the details. Not shocking from a member of the military, Louise's communication was perfect. We received updates, videos, pictures, and a detailed report that even exceeded the basic rover reports. Not only did Louise care for my dog and cat better than any other sitter on Rover has previously, she truly cared for my Fur Kids as well as we do. She took her time each visit to connect, play with, and care for the kids. My Malamute can be a handful but Louise was perfect with her knowing just how to handle her strong will. Finishing each visit, she made sure everyone was safe and secure taking great care of our home. Louise even made sure we returned home safely when she did not hear from us, making sure our animals were not left alone. That alone meant the world to us. If you live close to Louise and see her in your search list, consider yourself lucky and book her without any hesitation. Truly the example of an animal lover who goes above and beyond to make sure your Fur Kids feel just as comfortable as when you are home. I cannot wait to use Louise again!!

Valerie was awesome about sending updates and pictures of our three cats. She was even able to add an extra visit when our flight home got changed without a problem. Super appreciative of her care, and would absolutely book with her again in the future!!

Christopher was extremely patient. Definitely tell he has a passion for animals! I found his rates to be extremely reasonable even for two dogs especially knowing Rover deducts 20% from his fee. He is undercharging for safe, tender, patient and loving pet care! On the fur baby cam we could clearly see how much effort he put into giving my dogs attention by sitting on the floor with them and being very calm and loving. Giving my older dog a nice doggy massage to ease her anxiety. Thank you so much, Chris. I will definitely be hiring you again soon!

Nadine is so great :) she is so good with communicating and making sure the dogs get what they need and also has helped me big time in a pinch! The dogs really like her and I’m at ease knowing they’re taken good care of when I’m at work!

Jamie is so friendly and reliable! We never have to worry about our babies when they are in her care. She always makes herself available and gives updates.

At the last minute we had to add an extra kitten to our group of pets and outside feral cats. Heather handled everything, including providing medication twice a day to one of our elderly cats. Our African Grey parrot loves her.
