Michaela was very easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and reliable. It had been years since we went away for a few days and had a "stranger" care for our shy cats, and Michaela was just what we were looking for. She updated us regularly, and she took initiative when appropriate. We hope she is available to care for our cats the next time we are away.

Scott and his son came to my house and took care of Arthur during our trip, and we appreciated his detailed notes and shared pictures. We’re very happy that they were getting along very well. Ashley dropped in a couple times a day to take care of my cat Frankie. I was so nervous to leave him alone for the first time, but Ashley’s continuous updates and pictures put me completely at ease.
