Anne is an amazing, caring sitter. She provided great photos and updates, and made additional visits when my Leo swallowed (& threw up) a string toy! She communicated thoroughly for each follow up visit ensuring I was aware of his progress & that he was back to normal afterwards. Melanie was an exceptional sitter for our outdoor cats. She was extremely communicative. She even noticed a burst pipe that was flooding into our basement. We wouldn’t have noticed it for weeks if it hadn’t been for her and we were able to send people to resolve the issue almost immediately. Thank you so much for your attention to our kitties and our home while we were away!

Scott and his son came to my house and took care of Arthur during our trip, and we appreciated his detailed notes and shared pictures. We’re very happy that they were getting along very well. If we will have a travel plan in the future, we would be more than happy to invite Scott and his son to look after Arthur again!

Katrina was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. She did great with my two pups, one of which is a senior and needs a bit of special handling and the other that can be a little skidding and scared of new people. Would definitely recommend!!!
