Hawthorne and Wei were very communicative, took my pup out for lots of walks and shared picture updates every day. I would definitely use them again!

Eleanor was absolutely perfect for my dog Whiskey, a toy poodle. She handled him not only with care, but also with warmth. I could tell Whiskey fell in love with her. I completely recommend Eleanor; I will definitely ask for her care for Whiskey again.

Pamela is absolutely amazing. She made my fur babies very comfortable and made sure that their stay was a home away from home. Pamela allowed them to be on her furniture which is something that my fur babies enjoy doing at home. She was also in the kitchen cooking with my fur babies and sent me pictures of everything they were doing, her sons are the cutest and they hung out with my fur babies and I will definitely book Pamela again. I had to extend my trip and Pamela was very responsive and understanding of the changes in my schedule and was extremely accommodating.

Love how my pup was cared for. Got lots of pics on how she was doing. Really appreciate Kun's care and thoughtfulness. He responds quickly and attentive to your dogs needs. His pup is also the hostess with the mostest. Small white bundle of happiness. Friendly and sweet. My dog doesn't always like dogs but she was good with him. The apartment is clean and a great crib for dogs. Location is awesome. Close to major highways for a convenient pick up and drop off. Kun walked daisy multiple times a day and informed me of how she was doing. Just really liked his energy. Calm and caring.

Marlene is phenomenal! She has a lot of knowledge and experience but also approaches each dog/guardian situation with an open mind and really gets to know the dog's needs and habits. Moreover, she has a calm, confident energy that can put an anxious dog at ease. It is so challenging to find someone who can work with my fearful pittie, and we are so happy to have found Marlene! My Maple loves her and I knew she was in great hands the minute I dropped her off.

This was our second time booking Chulmin & Hoyjin, and once again, they exceeded our expectations! Cocoa absolutely adores them, and it’s such a relief knowing they’re in great hands. The care, attention, and updates we received were just as wonderful as the first time. Chulmin & Hoyjin has become our go-to for pet sitting, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

David is an amazing dog sitter! He gave multiple updates daily and spoiled my little baby. He is attentive and very loving. He was a perfect match for my pup! I’m pretty sure she’s hoping I go away again soon. I would highly recommend him.

Keunyung took amazing care of our 5-month old puppy! She took our puppy out on multiple potty breaks and sent us frequent updates on their activities. I felt relieved to have a trustable pet sitter!

Drew was a great host for our Barkley! He came by for a meet and great before, and He was in constant communication with us throughout the stay, and made the whole process easy.

Sailor watched Miles, our four-month old Cockapoo puppy, first for a daycare day and then for 8 days while we were out of the country. While our first experience with a traditional boarding center left us feeling uneasy, it was the exact opposite with Saylor. It felt like Miles had gone to stay with a friend for a week. Saylor sent daily pictures and updates and Miles seemed happy and well taken of. He was very communicative and accommodating. We plan on using Saylor any time we go away going forward and occasionally for day care.

Alexis was wonderful with my dog Lily for a weekend stay! She was super responsive and my dog settled right in with her. Looking forward to having Lily stay with Alexis again soon!

This is my first experience using Rover and I was very nervous considering I needed someone to take care of my dog that was moving to the US for the first time. Jacqueline was an incredible host and the best first sitter my dog could have. She made sure my dog was getting acclimated to the US, including using stairs, elevators, took her to the park, to the dog playground, etc. I could not be happier with her service. She is warm and kind and all around an amazing person to care for any pet. She will continue to be my go to person whenever I need someone to take care of Lova. Gracias, Jacqueline!
