Dog Boarding in River Vale

Cathy watched my two dogs for 5 days. I was so happy that my super shy dog got really comfortable with her. I will definitely leave my dogs with her on our next vacation.

It was so great to have Evelien watch over our goldendoodle, Jupiter, while we went out of town! She kept us updated on how our pup was doing, how he was getting along with the other dogs, and so on, and I never had to worry about him for the entire duration of the trip! Evelien was very accommodating and flexible in terms of the pick-up and drop-off schedule when I got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Jupiter made friends with Evelien’s three pets too! I highly recommend her! Thanks a ton, Evelien, for watching over Jupiter!

Priscilla is amazing! She took amazing care of Birdie and was super communicative. She sent photos every day. Birdie is a nervous dog and a bit cautious and she dealt with her in an amazing way! Could not recommend enough!

Aeli was an amazing caregiver for Myla during our long, two-week Rover stay. It was Myla’s first time being dog sat, and we were very concerned, but Aeli completely put us at ease. She sent multiple updates every day and took excellent care of Myla. We had total peace of mind while we were away, and Myla was clearly happy and well cared for. We would absolutely book with Aeli again and highly recommend her!

Great communication!! Peiyi took her time answering all of our questions knowing this was the first time we were leaving our pet with someone else. Provided updates and pics/videos which helped put our mind at ease. Looking forward to using her services again.

This is our first time using Rover services to care for our fur baby, Luna. Ann was a pleasure to work with. Our Luna felt right at home from the minute of her meet and greet visit to her stay with Ann. We will definitely use Rover services again and Ann will be our sitter of choice. This was the first time I left Bora with Sunny, so I was a bit nervous — but her family welcomed us warmly and was kind, communicative, and very attentive throughout. I’m so happy I found Melissa on Rover! Our dog, Betsy had the BEST time staying at her house for the weekend! Out on hikes, running in and out of creeks, exploring the backyard, and cozy in the house with the family. (+ I didn’t know Betsy was totally ok with cats!) We loved the video and photo updates while we were away. Betsy had so much fun, I kinda want to stay there too next time! 😊 Melissa is a kind soul and will love your pet as if it’s her own. I’m so happy to have met her and her lovely family!

Took amazing care of maple and helped make our wedding more spectacular by bringing Maple to the venue for a bit to take some pictures. Very professional and I would use Tammy again

Vinny was great! We were worried about our rescue Athena being away from us for the first time. She was pulled from the street emaciated and timid but in some situations reactive and lacked socialization. He is well experienced and she enjoyed walks, car rides and her needed constant attention. After receiving pictures at the onset we knew she was in good hands lounging and then just worn out from all the attention. Had to then wonder if she was gonna want to come home? LOL Will definitely book again and it's a relief to know we have the option to be able to leave her with him when needed.

Christina was great with Kyrie! She took the time to get to know her a few weeks before we dropped her off for the night. Christina definitely made us feel at ease and sent us lots of photos and updates throughout the day. We feel so comfortable with her taking care of Kyrie. Thank you SO MUCH!

So happy to find this site, and our family are even happier that we found that best person to take care of our dogs, Hope, you made our vacation very enjoyable knowing our dogs are in good hands. Those pictures you constantly sent, put extra smiles on our faces while we are Having fun, it’s icing on the cake. We always worried to go for vacation, not anymore, we now look forward to our next. Jocelyn was great with Buddy! She sent many pictures and videos daily and was very accommodating when I unexpectedly had to extend Buddy’s stay one more night. I will definitely use Jocelyn’s services again!
