Katie was extremely thorough and timely in her check-ins on our cat, Grits. Every update was thoughtful and reassuring and we came home to a happy cat. Elizabeth was super responsive and always answered my sometimes ridiculous questions. She didn’t make me feel like I was being a paranoid Pet parent even though I know I was. She even got my old man grumpy cat to play a little bit. I would give her six stars if I could.

Kerri goes the extra mile with our pets, making sure all are cared for, fed, and attended to. She responds quickly and has always been available even when last minute. Couldn't recommend Kerri more.

Sam did a great job with our two cats. One was rather timid and he worked with her over the booking to get her from only eating on the stairs, to eating in the kitchen where she normally eats. We appreciated his patience with the cats and his willingness to play with them every day as they are very curious and energetic!

Joe took great care of Princess while I was away. From the start, he was professional, caring and attentive to every detail. He provided daily updates with photos and little notes, which gave me such peace of mind. My cat’s feeding schedule was perfectly followed, litter boxes were spotless and Princess seemed happy and relaxed when I got home.
