Lisbeth took such great care of our cat when looking after her the week we were away. Our cat is elderly and set in her ways. Lisbeth connected with her, kept us informed by sending us daily updates and photos right after each of her visits, and when we came home our cat was content. Lisbeth is very reliable and we will definitely be asking Lisbeth to look after our cat the next time we are away.

Raquel was absolutely wonderful! My dog can be nervous with new people, and Raquel took the time to ease my dog into the visit, send updates and was consistently responsive before and during the booking. Would absolutely use her again!

He provided daily updates with photos and little notes, which gave me such peace of mind. My cat’s feeding schedule was perfectly followed, litter boxes were spotless and Princess seemed happy and relaxed when I got home.
