I bought Lela with me on my trip, and she did not do well in the hotel, which caused me to look for a sitter. Saldin is AMAZING and so nice! She accepted my last minute request immediately! I was nervous about how she’d act, since she’s never been boarded before. Lela seemed really happy spending time with Saldin and her family. I got lots of picture and video updates. Whenever i come to the New York/ New Jersey area again, I will definitely bring Lela and book Saldin!

Matthew was amazing with Meadow. We had a quick 24 hours in NYC. His location is close to Times Square and Broadway so it was easy to coordinate schedules. Matthew was very easy to communicate with and provided updates and photos for me. Meadow was relaxed with him from when we met. I will definitely book Matthew again if I ever return to NYC.

John has been watching my pup all summer. She jumps into his arms when she sees him. Makes leaving her feel safe and secure knowing she is so happy there.

Miki is a wonderful sitter — She was incredibly flexible and accommodating, especially when my flight was delayed and I suddenly needed an extra day. She made everything effortless: drop-off and pick-up were fast, smooth, and stress-free, which helped a lot because I was in a rush. She kept me updated with plenty of photos and messages, and I could tell my dog was genuinely happy and comfortable with her. She’s professional, friendly, and has a great, calm energy that dogs respond to right away. The location is easy to get to, which made the whole process even simpler. Highly recommended — I’d trust her with my dog anytime.

Pamela was extremely easy to book with, was accommodating of a last minute request, and kept us updated throughout the entire trip! We appreciated the pictures and videos of our pups enjoying their weekend, and would definitely recommend her to others / will be back with our pooches as well!

Damaris was amazing. She came and picked Fluffy up and had such a caring and attentive nature, I felt very confident that he would be great for his 3 day stay. She sent great updates and photos and through this stay and was very quickly responsive to any questions and texts I sent. Can’t recommend her enough.

Marlene was awesome. She was very communicative and sent many updates while we were out of the country, which as a pet owner relieves a lot of stress. We will definitely be asking for Marlene to sit for us again.

My puppy Latte is two months old and had a great stay with Hawthorne & Wei. I didn’t have to worry about Latte because Hawthorne & Wei always keep me updated with pictures and videos. Very good communication. Definitely I will book again.

We had a trip planned prior to getting our puppy beanie. We chose Orlando and Christina based on their great feedback and positive reviews. They lived up to their hype, so sweet, nice, and took care of our new pup Beanie. She came home happy, healthy, and ready for a nap 😊 will definitely be reaching out to them again!

Summer was excellent as always! Indulges my needy pup when he is extra clingy and makes me confident he is well cared for. Summer is also extremely communicative and I never have to ask for an update or anything.

Theo had such a great time with Kira and it was clear he was very well taken care of. Kira was a great communicator and sent us lots of great photos. I definitely plan on booking with her again and would highly recommend her as a sitter.

Amy was very responsive and flexible with the scheduling. I received many update pictures of my dog and appreciate Amy and Edwin for their excellent care.

Grace was amazing with Stella! From the first moment we met, I felt comfortable leaving our baby pup with her. She took care of Stella as if she was her own and kept us updated throughout the day! We felt at ease knowing Stella was taken care of by her.

Jeisson was great and took amazing care of my dog Bambi while I was away on vacation. He sent me pictures and updates multiple times a day so I was able to know how Bambi was doing :) She also got along well with his dog Spock which is a plus! I would definitely trust Jeisson to care for Bambi again and would recommend him to anyone who needs care for their dogs while they are away.

Yuan was a wonderful sitter for our dog Happy. She kept us updated with photos and videos. Happy was clearly very loved during his stay. We will definitely be back for his next vacation!

Stephanie was wonderful to work with—warm, communicative, and clearly a dog lover. Our big labradoodle Lyra took to her immediately and left with her happily. The photos and videos Stephanie sent us show Lyra at her best self—playing happily in the dog park, sleeping on her back on the bed. We could not have asked for more!
