Joselyn was great, we were in a pinch so they couldn’t meet beforehand yet Elmer warmed to her straight away. She was super professional and actually kept him longer than we had agreed upon which was so sweet! Elmer was in such a great mood when he got home and gave her kisses goodbye. Our pups had a good time with Sayak and his family. Sayak kept us up to date with photos and text messages. Kaia and Odin also had fun playing with Sayak's son.

This was Akio’s first dog care stay. Turns out really well. Tu is very considerate and compassionate about dogs. She took care of him very well. She keeps communicating with pictures and videos and it helps us to go ease while we were away from Akio.

Rachel and her family took great care of our Bella. She ensured that the Meet and Greet was done to ensure everything was in place before the actual duration of the booking. She kept us up to date with regular messages and pitcures during the day. She helped with pick-up and drop offs which was a great plus. We would highly recommend her as a Sitter to others and would definitely repeat whenver she is available for our future travels.

I cannot recommend Lupe highly enough for taking care of my dog, Roxie. He was absolutely amazing with her from start to finish. Lupe provided multiple daily updates, complete with pictures and videos, which put my mind at ease. When Roxie ran out of steak during her stay, he went out of his way to buy more for her. Ginnette is the dog whisperer. She's reliable, patient and attentive. I have a senior dog that needs medication and some more attention, and she took care of him well with no issues. It was the first time in awhile that I felt like I didn't have to worry so much about him while away on a work trip. She really provided peace of mind and always updated me with pics and videos. Teddy seemed so happy with her. Overall, 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Rani was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be returning to her for any future boarding needs. I left my dog in her care for a week-long trip, and she went above and beyond to ensure he was well taken care of. Even though I had limited internet access during my trip, Rani still sent me daily updates with photos and details of my dog’s activities. It was so reassuring to receive her messages whenever I got Wi-Fi, and it showed just how dedicated she was to providing peace of mind to pet owners. When I first met Rani, we had a thorough meet-and-greet where she asked tons of thoughtful questions to ensure she understood my dog’s needs. She checked for any allergies, familiarized herself with his daily routine, and made sure to follow his exact feeding and walk schedules. It was clear she wanted to make him feel right at home, which I really appreciated. She even asked about his favorite toys and any behavioral quirks to make sure he had as smooth of an experience as possible, which made me feel she was truly invested in his well-being. One of the things that set Rani apart was her attention to detail. She made sure my dog’s exercise needs were fully met, taking him on regular walks and ensuring he got plenty of playtime each day. Not only did she stick to his usual routines, but she also provided him with enrichment activities to keep him happy and mentally stimulated. Her genuine care showed in the updates she sent—she’d include little notes about what he seemed to enjoy or any funny moments, making me feel even more connected and reassured. Rani was also very accommodating with my schedule. I needed to adjust the boarding dates last minute, adding an extra day and delaying my pickup time due to travel changes, and she handled it all seamlessly. Her flexibility and understanding took a huge weight off my shoulders, as I knew my dog was in safe hands and that I didn’t need to worry about any unexpected changes on my end. Her facility itself was clean, organized, and clearly well-maintained. It felt like a safe, comfortable environment for my dog. The other dogs there also seemed calm and content, which is a testament to the structured yet caring atmosphere Rani has created. I left knowing he’d have a cozy space to relax and socialize safely, and that Rani would handle everything with the utmost professionalism. If you're looking for a reliable, caring, and detail-oriented dog sitter, I can't recommend Rani enough! She made the whole experience stress-free, and my dog was happy and well cared for the entire time. I feel lucky to have found her and can’t imagine a better boarding experience for my dog.

Jaimie was AMAZING!!! She has a warm & loving home, and communicated perfectly. We received lots of pictures & videos and could see that our Stella was very well cared for and having tons of fun! I highly recommend Jaimie and will definitely be using her again.
