Katrina has always been great! This time she very kindly picked up our cat from the emergency vet at night and got him settled at home when we had logistics issues getting back from vacation. She made sure he was safe, gave us an update on his behavior, and made sure we got all the information we need from the vet. We’d recommend her to anyone!

Veronica was amazing! She took great care of my cat and my dog and was super communicative and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and fed.

Sergio is amazing with our pup and even brought him toys to play with! He’s always timely and is a great communicator. We’re glad to know our puppy is happy in the update pictures that he sends us.

One million stars. Diane noticed right away when our cat seemed off, sent us a video of him, and got him to the vet immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure he got the help he needed, and we felt better knowing she was there to handle it since we couldn’t be. She does a great job with our cats and plants and we’d absolutely recommend her!

Kelly and Craig were absolutely amazing! We had an emergency situation where we learned that our fur baby was injured and could no longer be boarded right before our 4 day trip out of town. They were able to drop in to visit Lulu multiple times a day, were thorough in their communication and check ins, and gave us the peace of mind that she was taken care of in her most vulnerable state. They administered her medicine, followed her strict rest-only orders (which Lulu enjoyed because that meant extra belly rubs) and overall took great care of her. Thank you so so SO much!!

Rowan is so sweet and our fur babies loved her. We had a trip for a week and I got photos and updates. She gave us full communication, including if she had any question or when it was storming and our pup was scared, she let us know about it. She was wonderful!

Shirley was wonderful with our animals while we were away. She was consistent and a great communicator. She sent photos and status updates, and made sure the animals were well taken care of the whole time. I will definitely hire Shirley again.
