Cat Sitting in Stanhope

This was our first time using the rover app. We finally got to both go on a vacation together in like 9 years. Emanuela did such an amazing job taking care of our fur babies even with Boone was hiding from her the whole time. I will be differently be using her again when we go away. 😊😊😊😽

My experience with Lana has been nothing but top notch from the moment I reviewed her profile, until picking up my cat yesterday. Being I never boarded my 10.5 year old cat before and my first time ever using Rover, naturally I was quite skeptical. Lana eliminated all my fears almost immediately. She was very kind and helpful through the whole experience. Never using the app before, i set up the reservation completely wrong. She noticed and fixed the issue immediately and informed me, which saved me a good amount of money. She could have easily said nothing and i probably would have never even noticed, but this proves the type of integrity she has! Also, shortly after setting the dates, i had to move the dates of my flight and vacation to 3 weeks later. I informed her as soon as I knew and she had no issues accommodating and changed the reservation right away. You can tell she has a passion and strong background knowledge on how to care for mostly any type of animal, the moment you have your initial meet & greet. She kept me informed with messages and pictures during the whole 8 days. Her communication is superb. Its easy to see why she has gotten over 150 5-star reviews and 19 repeat clients. I plan to be her 20th repeat client for all future pet care needs. I highly reccommend Lana to everyone out there looking for a pet sitter who not only leaves you with 0 worries, but makes the whole process stress-less and easy!

Elizabeth was an even better sitter than I could have imagined for my cats! I was out of the country for almost 2 weeks and she made sure to give me daily updates and pictures whenever possible. She took amazing care of my fur babies and I would absolutely recommend her :)

Hannah was fabulous! She was always on time if not early. The pictures she took were all very cute and looked like our boys enjoyed her being there. It is always comforting to have someone you trust take care of your babies while away. We will definitely use Hannah next time we are looking for a cat sitter!

Alexyss was an amazing sitter for my three cats! She was very thorough and diligent in caring for them. The kittens got a chance to play and she even made sure my older cat got food! I would readily use Alexyss again and happily recommend her to anyone!

Emily took care of our 2 cats for several days while we were on vacation. She kept us up to date with photos and responses on how they were doing. There was no worry or stress while away, we knew our cats we in good hands. Plan on using Emily again in the future.

Kristin and her family were a perfect fit for our cat, Luna! She was so kind and accommodating throughout the entire booking process and Luna's stay.
