Hi. This was my first time using Rover.com I am so glad that I did. I went on vacation for a week and was so nervous about leaving my babies home alone. But, Dawn was so good with them that all of my worries were put to rest and I could enjoy myself. Dawn made sure that she checked in with me every day to let me know that they were ok. This was our second time in 4 months using Caitlyn’s services. She is absolutely incredible with our cats, even with our feisty girl. This is the first time I’ve felt comfortable being away from home, because our fur babies are in good hands.

Sara was absolutely fantastic! With it being my first time using Rover, and needing a cat sitter on such short notice, I didn’t know what to expect. But Sara made me feel so at ease, and was very kind, flexible, and professional. She was on time, and followed all the feeding instructions and requests that I had left. After every visit Sara provided detailed visit notes and lots of photos. Even going as far as to clean food bowls, sweep up litter, and provide lots of enrichment to keep my cat entertained. I definitely recommend Sara, and will be using her in the future!
