The regular updates through text, photos, and videos were a delightful surprise and kept us connected to our pets throughout our trip. Heidi was wonderful! The moment she came into my home my dogs were crazy about her. We were away for 6 days and she took great care of my dear Rosie and Chase and left my home in great shape. She is warm and friendly and a joy to be around. We will definitely use her again soon.
