I am a new puppy mom, but Lisa was very accomodating and welcoming. She walked me through her house and continued to check in with me and sent me pictures to reassure me. She was lovely and I will for sure, be using her again.
Nathalia was absolutely wonderful with our large breed (St.Bernard/Standard Poodle). She updated me throughout the day. My dog can be shy at times and she had patience and kindness with him.
