Daniela took many notes on our meet and greet. She took great care to understand our medication routine and to perform it exactly as instructed. She petted our 29-year old finicky cat and prepared his food using a method that ensured he was eager to eat it She made sure to lock up securely. She sent many pictures and a video. 100% satisfied.

Jillian is wonderful! We’ve had Jillian come for drop-in visits with our dog numerous times while we’ve been out of town. Communication and scheduling is always great - she stays in touch throughout and provides detailed updates after each visit. She is trustworthy and always takes great care to make sure our dog is comfortable and safe while we’re away. We highly recommend Jillian!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Julianne. We went on our honeymoon for a week and it was the first time we’d left our kittens alone and we were SO worried. Ashleigh was great company for my two pups. Was super flexible, during a very hectic Labor Day weekend. Truly appreciate her taking the time to come over to the house before the service. It was great to see her interacting with the pups and she took down notes on what we requested.After the service she even wrote a very cute thank you. Leah was absolutely amazing with Benjamin and Kensington! From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves and understands dogs. She took great care of both of them, giving them lots of attention, love, and playtime. It was such a relief knowing they were in such caring hands while I was away. Leah went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and comfortable, and she kept me updated with photos and messages throughout. Kelsey is a very nice young lady. She did an excellent job sitting for our cat Mitsey. You can tell she loves animals. Everything we asked for she did meticulously. We couldn't ask for a better person to sit for our cat.

We had to change our travel plans and extend our cats drop in visits. Joe was easy to communicate with, was flexible, and met our needs. My cat seems more comfortable with Joe than most people he’s met. Joe has a patient and kind. I’d be happy to rebook with him in the future.
