I had an amazing experience! Sarah was super communicative from start to finish and kept me updated with pictures throughout the stay. My baby looked so happy and relaxed in every photo, and it was clear she was very well taken care of. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. If we could give more than five stars, we would! This was our very first time using Rover to find someone to board our French bulldog, JellyBean, so we were understandably nervous about leaving her with someone new. Swapna is awesome. She took the time to meet both JellyBean and us ahead of the stay, and we started with a one-night visit to make sure it was a good fit for everyone before scheduling future bookings. From the moment we dropped JellyBean off, Swapna was attentive and caring. She stayed in constant contact and sent plenty of photos, which really helped ease our separation anxiety. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and we recommend Swapna to the nth degree!

Angela did an amazing work with my 2 dogs they love her and they love staying with her she is very affectionate with them and took care of everything they need including hugs, thank you again can’t wait to book again !

Elias did an exception job taking care of Coco and keeping us updated through out her stay. He was even able to accommodate last minute changes with ease. Coco enjoyed her time playing with her paw friends and was in a clean and safe environment. This was the first time we used a boarding service and couldn’t ask for a better caretaker than Elias. He gave us a lot of peace of mind leaving our pet while away and we look forward to using his services again in the future. Thank you Elias!

Mary and John took excellent care of our Shih-Tzu while we were away. They sent daily updates and pictures which were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I had my dog boarded in their home and had a great experience. I received frequent updates and the sitter was always quick to respond—very communicative and reliable. They paid close attention to all the little details I mentioned, like making sure my small dog didn’t climb the stairs. They also have a nice fenced yard, which my dog loved. He came home happy and had a great sleep after! Overall, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely book with them again.

Great stay

Camila & Omar were fabulous sitters. The picture & video updates were great to see and I knew my pup was being well taken care of in a wonderful home!

Lauren is very responsive and flexible. Our travel was extended for reasons beyond our control and Lauren was able to accommodate. Tommy looks very well cared for and healthy.

Erin and her family were amazing with Winston! They took him for great walks, played fetch in the backyard, and gave him lots of snuggles. We got regular updates on how he was doing and Erin's communication was prompt and clear. He came home happy and we'd definitely use Erin again for future boarding needs!

Our pup, Teo, had a great stay with Chastidy and her pup, Blake. Chastidy was communicative and very sweet. We will use her services again.

My dog spent a week with Rachel while I was out of the country. He is happy and seemed to really like her! Would definitely ask Rachel to dog sit for us again in the future!

I greatly recommend Carly to care for your dog. Carly’s family has welcomed Athena to their home in such a way that Athena never hesitates at drop off but runs in. Carly shares photos regularly so I have felt more comfortable knowing Athena was fine. We have dropped off Athena several times for longer overnight stays too.
