Kate was clearly attentive to our cats' cues and feelings, letting them warm up to her over a few days. It had been a hard month for them prior to her stay and they were a tough crowd, but she won them over with patience and calmness. Kate was proactive in asking important questions and making sure the care was done right. We came home to happy cats and a clean house. We hope to have her care for our felines again in the future!
