From the start, it was clear she was not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about animals, following all instructions meticulously to ensure they were cared for, and entertained during her visit. Hobbes, who tends to be a bit reserved, warmed up to her quickly thanks to her calm and patient approach, while sweet Orion enjoyed all the pets she provided for him =] On top of her excellent care, Maria communicated wonderfully throughout the entire stay, sending regular updates and photos that gave us real peace of mind. Very easy to communicate with for our last minute sit! She was very attentive to Bandito and even changed his litter! Got the cutest pictures as well! Would definitely recommend!
