Catherine was amazing! From the moment of the meet and greet I could tell that she loved cats and is a caring person. I was a little nervous because I never used the service before. However, she reassured me that my fur babies were going to be taken care of. And she definitely upheld her word. My cats were taken care of as per our agreement. My first time to use Rover! Shannon went above and beyond to help me with my first experience. She may have been a little to good! My dog kind of snubbed me for a few days, until he trained me to do things correctly like Shannon. I will defiantly be using her again.

Sophia was very flexible with my chaotic schedule and responded fast (which saved the day because I had to fly in a matter of hours!) it was so nice knowing someone was there with my babies that they were comfortable with and getting love and attention while I couldn’t be there. Thank you Sophia!
