Ian is very professional and demonstrates lots of experience and knowledge about dog handling in general and especially with reactive dogs. He even recognized one of our dogs from working with her at the shelter before we adopted her! Ian is positive and flexible and we trust our difficult dogs with him.
She was very helpful checking on my dog when I had to be away for the majority of the day for work. She was very patient with my dog!
