Dog Boarding in Golden

Gene was absolutely wonderful! She watched Gambit for 8 nights and sent me photo updates every day! He looked so happy in all of his photos that I was starting to wonder if he would want to come home with us. She did a really great job and I was very relieved with how well she took care of him. Five very happy stars! Thank you so much Gene!

Chisa was so amazing with my pup while I was away at my sisters wedding, I genuienly had no worries and was able to enjoy the weekend. Communication was superb

Misty is AMAZING! I knew my dog was in good hands with her. She did a great job and kept my dog entertained all weekend. My dog almost did not want to come home!

Onrae was great! You could tell our dog came home happy and that he was loved while we were gone. Great communication with lots of updates of walks and treats. We’ll definitely book again!

Ms Debbie was Awesome... she was able to take my coconut a day earlier than planned. Very flexible and felt that it was safe to leave him there and had beautiful play mates to get his energy out as a puppy... ? ???.. Thank You!

Samantha did an amazing job caring for my dog Iris for over a week! I was nervous about leaving Iris with a stranger for the first time but Samantha met with me and Iris before the booking and totally reassured me. She sent pictures and videos of Iris every day, and Iris seemed SO happy! I am so impressed with how she cared for Iris and got her to feel at home, especially because Iris is a really nervous and timid dog. I plan to try to book with Samantha every time from now on!

Kaila is awesome! I was referred over to her from a friend that also has a Pit-bull. She is professional, patient and very accommodating with pick-up/drop-off times. I absolutely LOVE the pictures she sends through my pet's stay. Blu came out to me totally calm and has been sleeping at home ever since. She was tuckered out! Lol Only recommendation I would suggest is to invest in different dog crates/kennels to have on site so clients wouldn't have to lug a large one to and from. We are very pleased and will be using Kaila again very soon!

Angel is a delightful and thoughtful person to work with. This was the first time we boarded Peanut and we were a bit nervous how she would fare. Angel answered all our detailed questions to our satisfaction and we knew Peanut would be safe and happy in Angel's home and with her small dog. She sent updates and photos while we were traveling. We will certainly use her again.

My cat storm seemed at home right away with Tabitha. And I can tell he is doing OK afterwards because he did not pull all of his hair out which he does when stressed. He walked around like he owned the place which was lovely.

Brian took care of my German Shepherd and I will return to him in the future. He is experienced caring for large dogs. I appreciate his quick responses when texting him.

Doug took good care of our two dogs and communicated daily with us. We also appreciated his flexibility with our late request, when our initially scheduled sitter had a change in plans.

I relocated away from my community of friends who watched my dog and James is the first petsitter I’ve ever used for her. He was gracious with his time prior to a petsitting reservation and entertained a meet-and-greet the week before. I left my dog feeling comfortable she was in good care, I got lots of pics and videos, and returned to a happy dog, who seemed torn about leaving James. I couldn’t have asked for better and will be coming back.

From a human perspective, Liz was easy and accommodating to work with, frequently updating with cute “proof of life” photos of our pups enjoying each other. Our pup settled right in and has moped around since returning home, missing the cameraderie of her new-found friends. We hope to use Liz again.

Nick the 94# goldendoodle has had another glorious vacation with Brian over the weekend. There is always a paw party at this doggie Airbnb and Nick comes to life in the van as I am taking him for his visits. He starts squealing and pacing in his kennel 4 miles out! Brian and his family have moved out to Rio Rancho so now he is 30 miles from my house and family. But I would go a lot further to get to Brian's because Nick has so much fun when he is there with his buddies. Brian has an extra large fenced in yard that is sandy, not our famous ABQ cinnamon dust and clay. So if it rains Nick does not come back looking like a mudball. Nick never looks back when I drop him off which at first had me taken aback. He is somewhat of a velcro pup and we are boon companions. But whenever I come to pick him up I can hear him barking while still in the driveway. He's had a great time but always happy to see me. Lucky me. Thanks Brian.

If you have a rescue with particular needs, Katarina is the dog sitter for you. Very timely and professional. From one dog sitter/dog person to another, the second my dog met Katarina I knew it would be a good fit. She is just that kind of good person that dogs sense and will just naturally like and get along with.

Ollie came back so tired I know he had a great time and was very loved with Chad and his family!! So thankful he took the booking so last minute also!

Bertie did a great job with Romeo. He got walks and lots of cuddles and treats. She was very communicative and willing to be flexible when our drop off time changed. Would recommend and book again if we were back in the area!

Brittany was amazing. My dog stayed 1 week with her. She is really reliable and friendly. This was my first time using rover app and i am glad I picked Brittany.
