Amber was lovely to my cat and followed all the additional instructions I gave her very well. My boy warmed up to her a bit during her visit, which is always nice to see, as he can be very skittish. Her notes and pictures were great. She even came out to my house again before her visits started after I mistakenly gave her the mail key we needed.
