If it was possible to give Karen Joyce 10 stars on this review, we would. She did such an exceptional job housesitting and dog sitting; we would highly recommend her in any situation. Our dog had a unexpected medical emergency in the middle of her stay, and Karen Joyce got her to the emergency vet, took care of her and kept us constantly informed until we were able to get back home. She was so loving and wonderful with Georgia in such a scary situation,we will be forever grateful of the kindness and care that she showed our dogs. We know that not every dog sitter is equipped to handle an emergency, and handle it so well. Plus, she is just a lovely person and clearly loves the dogs she takes care of. Jerrett was phenomenal. He made this whole experience easy and fun for the pups. They loved spending time with him and we loved being able to leave them with such a reliable person. He kept us updated with pictures and videos and made sure we always had peace of mind. It was our first time leaving them with someone other than family and we will definitely choose him for our next travels.

Having Lydia house sit and watch our dogs gave us great peace of mind while we were on vacation. She sent updates and photos of the pups and is a great communicator. Robert did a great job taking care of my two very active dogs while I was away on vacation. He arrived promptly on time, kept me frequently advised as to their activities, sent me photos and kept them busy and happy while I was away. Hannah was amazing! our cat was injured last minute before our trip, and she was so caring and flexible with us and our last minute changes and complications, and stepped up to give pain pills and extra care. Sky adored her and we appreciated all the updates and photos she sent. she made us feel a lot of ease while leaving our healing kitty in her hands.
