House Sitting in Rio En Medio

Vicki was amazing with our older two dogs. She would keep in daily contact with any issues and I knew that my dogs were well taken care of. She kept the house very clean. I would highly recommend her and use her again in the future!

Marissa is amazing. Our dog Tucker has multiple health issues and for those reasons cannot be boarded. This was the first time we had someone else watching him since he was diagnosed with diabetes so I was very nervous to leave him but Marissa did an excellent job. She was able to administer pills and insulin shots and was even able to tell me a better and safer way to administer insulin. She provided updates with pictures and notes all weekend and put my nerves right at ease. Her and her son took great care of our home as well as our dog. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking her again!

Having Lydia house sit and watch our dogs gave us great peace of mind while we were on vacation. She sent updates and photos of the pups and is a great communicator. She left the house clean and happy pups! We will definitely use her again. It is always the best when you can leave your pups in their own home. Thank you, Lydia!

If it was possible to give Karen Joyce 10 stars on this review, we would. She did such an exceptional job housesitting and dog sitting; we would highly recommend her in any situation. Our dog had a unexpected medical emergency in the middle of her stay, and Karen Joyce got her to the emergency vet, took care of her and kept us constantly informed until we were able to get back home. She was so loving and wonderful with Georgia in such a scary situation,we will be forever grateful of the kindness and care that she showed our dogs. We know that not every dog sitter is equipped to handle an emergency, and handle it so well. Plus, she is just a lovely person and clearly loves the dogs she takes care of. Andrew was an exceptional dog and house sitter. He bonded with my dogs and I felt totally safe with them in his care. He dealt with some unfortunate unexpected behavioral issues with patience and kindness. He went above and beyond my expectations.

It was our first time using Angel to take care of our elderly dog, Sam, and cat, Jerry. She was caring and conscientious. We had some home security issues and Angel handled it very professionally. She was in constant contact with us providing details about difficult occurrences at the house, while at the same time, giving love and care to Sam and Jerry. No complaints about the cat waking her up at 5:00 in the morning, or Sam walking TOO slow! Thank you Angel for providing care, concern and confidence in your ability to handle the job.

I’m couldn’t ask for better than Madison! Not only did she take great care of our baby boy but she also made sure we came home to a clean house! We will be booking her again very soon!

10 star experience! This was our first time using Rover and we were more than happy with Chase’s care. Our dog was happy and relaxed when we returned home and our home was left the way it was when we left. Fabulous communication throughout our absence. Hope to have Chase stay with our boy many times again!

Jerrett was phenomenal. He made this whole experience easy and fun for the pups. They loved spending time with him and we loved being able to leave them with such a reliable person. He kept us updated with pictures and videos and made sure we always had peace of mind. It was our first time leaving them with someone other than family and we will definitely choose him for our next travels.

Brittany did a wonderful job taking care of my reactive dog. He can be a handful - Brittany was supremely patient and did a wonderful job making sure he was well taken care of. He was taken on plenty of long walks, which help a lot with his anxiety, and he was given plenty of snuggles and love at home. Brittany really went above and beyond in taking care of my dog as if he was her own. She also left my home spotless - it was a lovely surprise to come home to a wonderfully neat house. I would 100% recommend her to take care of your pets. And she also happens to be a lovely person who is very understanding and genuine in her love of animals!

I am so happy that I decided to take the plunge and use Rover to find a sitter for my pup. Cheyenne watched my Newfie for a week and did a wonderful job. She would text me pictures and periodic updates. I know he was in good hands while I was gone, and was so much more relaxed when I got him than he usually is when I board him. I will be booking with Cheyenne again whenever I need to travel!
