Thomas was very kind and responsive. Also, very respectful of my space and followed directions perfectly. I was out of town and Thomas followed up to make sure my cats were taken care of, to my standard. Feel comfortable knowing I can go out of town again and have someone to rely on.
Jon took care of our 2 cats while we were out of the country for 18 days. This is the 2nd time we have used him. He provided great care and is reliable and very good about posting updates and photos.
