I cannot recommend Lia enough! My baby Nugget, can be a bit shy, but she was so incredibly patient and gentle in earning his trust. It didn't take long before they were best friends! She went above and beyond in every way,from bringing him his favorite snacks to staying extra time on the last day just to make sure he was settled and happy. Her communication is 10/10; she was always on time, replied to my messages instantly, and sent tons of adorable photos and videos that kept my mind at ease. It is clear she truly loves animals and treats them like her own. If you want someone who is reliable, caring, and deeply attentive, look no further. Nugget is already looking forward to his next visit!
Sophia made it easy for us to take vacation. We have four dogs and it’s always been an issue and we go out on who’s gonna take care of them. We were out for a week. Carla has been absolutely wonderful! Timely, always gives detailed reports, and sends plenty of pics and videos. I can leave the house with peace of mind knowing my fur babies will be well taken care of by Carla in my absence. They love her!
