Dog Boarding in Valencia

I stumbled onto Rover.com, and found an amazing person to care for my pup. I enjoyed a few days away, confident that Karen was taking excellent care of Romeo. The daily pictures assured me he was doing well. I couldn’t be happier with Karen’s care and would recommend her without hesitation!

Rebecca was amazing with Rascal! Always sending us pictures and keeping us updated. Rebecca is so loving of animals and you could tell Rascal felt like home at her house. She has been our favorite Rover yet!

I booked the wrong date for pick up and Bonnie was so cooperative and understanding! Such a relief it all worked out. My dog feels comfortable there and has fur pups to play with(:

Misty took AMAZINGLY good care of my nervous dog, Lance. I was concerned about leaving him with a new sitter (due to his separation anxiety) but she and her dogs made him feel right at home. Will definitely use Misty again.

We have not done a lot of traveling because we did not feel comfortable leaving our dogs with anyone. We were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew our puppies were in good hands.

Chisa was fantastic with my older pug. My dog has a UTI and is taking meds, and Chisa administered the meds and took my dog for extra potty breaks as needed. I especially appreciated the daily updates with photos and video. I felt Chisa was engaged and took excellent care of my pug, who can be a bit high maintenance at times. When I picked my dog up, she was happy and seemed to really like Chisa.

Holly and Robert were great. It was so nice to leave town comfortable that our dog would be well cared for. Great picture everyday and he discovered puzzles!

Gene was perfect. Took such great care of my dog. Peanut has anxiety issues and she seemed fine staying with Gene. I will definitely use her again. I have already booked another stay. Thanks Gene!!

Courtnay was fabulous! Ziggy had a great stay and I was updated throughout the weekend. I haven’t ever had anyone watch her but family so this was a great comfort!

Sharee was fantastic with our cat. Incrediby communicative, sent multiple updates throughout. Our cat was noticeably comfortable and relaxed! We would highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future!

We are new to ABQ and really needed someone to watch our fur baby for occasional out of town trips. I found Elaine on Rover and after reading her bio and reviews decided to give her a try. I’m so glad I did! She is very knowledgeable about dogs, it is apparent she loves them, and even makes homemade treats for them. I received multiple adorable ad-libbed pictures while away. She seemed to love my baby as her own while I was gone and brought great reassurance he was having a great time! Thanks so much, Elaine!! Till we see you again xo??

Samantha did an amazing job caring for my dog Iris for over a week! I was nervous about leaving Iris with a stranger for the first time but Samantha met with me and Iris before the booking and totally reassured me. She sent pictures and videos of Iris every day, and Iris seemed SO happy! I am so impressed with how she cared for Iris and got her to feel at home, especially because Iris is a really nervous and timid dog. I plan to try to book with Samantha every time from now on!

Absolutely amazed at how well it went!! Toby had so much fun and most importantly was so comfortable!! I will be booking with Alexandria again!!

Onrae took great care of my dog while I was away! At first I was nervous because my dog can be a bit reactive but he seemed to have no issues with his dog and mine. She also started her heat and he had no issues watching her which was a breath of fresh air! He was super responsive and kept me updated while I was away answering any questions within just a few minutes. I am really grateful we were able to find Onrae!

Leo had a great time spending a weekend with Marcelle and her dogs and cats! Marcelle is very responsive and also very careful to listen to our needs. For example, Leo is not allowed to be off-leash as he is likely to run and Marcelle was careful to keep him in her secure yard or on leash at all times!

Many thanks to Kaila for watching my anxious little lap buddy. She was fantastic, very patient with her. I would not hesitate to rebook her to watch my fur baby.

Devona and her dog Snoopy were fantastic with our dog Marley during her first overnight stay. The dogs got along great, and we were thrilled to hear that Marley was on her best behavior. We’re definitely planning to work with Devona and Snoopy again soon. Highly recommend Devona as a pet sitter!

Our dog is pretty quiet in general, but he seemed exceptionally chill with Doug. Tony was pretty happy here! Doug was exceptionally accommodating of our short notice visit as well as our pick up arrangements. I would recommend Doug over and over again.

Fantastic! Our cat and dog were so loved and well taken care of! We enjoyed getting daily updates and photos too. We will be bringing our beloved pets back to Lorenzo again soon to watch them on our next trip! Very prompt communication, flexible pick up/drop off!

Laura is an all around great person! She was super flexible with my situation and one of the kindest people I've ever met. Lou LOVED her stay there! Laura's dogs are well mannered and she has a genuine care for dogs. If I lived in New Mexico, Lou and her dogs would be best friends as well as Laura and I.
