Quick to respond, went out of his way to meet my dogs before the day of booking, and was accommodating with a last minute schedule change. Will be using his services again.

Michelle was wonderful. I came to her with a plea and she took it on like the super hero she is. I am no where near the area, but I needed to to find a way to help out a friend, and she took on the challenge without hesitation. This is the definition of a true pet sitter. I can't thank her enough. Although there were hiccups that no one could have prepared for, she gave the best care possible and I couldn't have asked for anything more. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! We love Mariana! She always makes sure that Poppy has a good walk, plays, and gets her energy out. It was clear from the first walk that she loves animals and gets excited to see them happy. She’s also very reliable and super friendly.

Richey and Ethel are the absolute best Tito is so happy to go visit he doesn't even wait for me to get out of the car he is ready to hang out with his friends he gets so excited as soon as he realizes where we are! I feel so comfortable and grateful that Tito is so happy there he is loved and cared for at Richey's :)
