Doggy Day Care in Virginia City

Young was a fantastic help with my little Toast. His home is so pup-friendly and inviting, which helped me feel great about leaving my little guy with him. It was our first time being in a play group with other pups, and Young was more than patient with my overly excited puppy. I would absolutely revisit.

Patty and Randy were great!! Even though Bella had a couple issues when we had the "meet and greet," Patty was still willing to give Bella a chance. Everything worked out great!

Ashlee & Ryan took great care of our 2 year old Shepherd and 6 year old pitty mix. They've been very easy to work with and have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into their business, which made me feel very at ease when it came time to send my pups for daycare. As a dog shelter volunteer, I've seen many times how human error can lead to dog bites, fights, and other unpleasant experiences. Ashlee & Ryan are savvy about the elements that are crucial for safety: they integrate new dogs into their pack slowly and took time to understand the behavioral needs of my dogs (one is shy/sensitive, one is very excitable). I felt confident that my dogs would be well cared for, and indeed when I picked them up they were relaxed/happy. Will absolutely continue to send my dogs to Ashlee & Ryan!

So lucky to have met Shawn. He accommodated our last minute booking request. Taking care of Lulu and keeping us updated at all times. His dog is super sweet! It was great to see both Lulu and her get along so well. Thank you Shawn!

David is a great sitter and understands dogs and their language. His dog Bowie and my dog Sebastian get along great. Sebastian comes home tired after a day of playing. I have already scheduled an overnight boarding with him in the future, and will schedule daycare again with him soon.

Gina & Erik were WONDERFUL. Their house is perfect for pupsitting....they love dogs and sent me photos and updates while I was gone. I needed a last minute sitter for a few hours for my 2 chihuahuas for an event in Carson City. They were available, knowledgable, and super kind. I will use them again!

Silvia is absolutely awesome. She takes care of your pet like her own and goes an extra mile to make them feel comfortable. Our pet has hardly stayed away from home and was very anxious at first. But due to Silvia's caring and great support she is now enjoying staying with her. We are so glad to find Silvia. You can be at ease that your pet is well cared for.

Phoebe started watching our 6 month old pit bull 2 days per week. She clearly loves dogs and is very flexible about schedule. Hoody loves playing with Phoebe's dogs, and she comes home very tired and content, which is our goal. We intend to keep using her service indefinitely.

Yuxin did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, Hank! We booked at the last-minute, but she was very responsive and a good communicator, despite such short notice. Hank seemed to have had a great time, too. We'd love to have her care for him again!

What a nice place to leave my best friend. I came into town for business on a moments notice and none of the kennels wanted to board him without a bunch of hassle. Megan replied quickly to my request. I got scar back and he was happy. Love the fact Megan treated scar so well. Her two dogs got along with scar. I dare to say from the pictures, they became good friends. I felt safe leaving him in her hands. I will board scar with Megan when I’m in town for work. Thank you Megan!!!

Melissa is wonderful! Very accommodating to when I need her. Lexi wags her tail when she sees Melissa and always seems like she had fun when I pick her up.

Once again Megan took excellent care of Siska. She came home tired and happy. We highly recommend Megan if you find yourself in need of a pet sitter for the day or overnight.

Our boys Eddie and Eric stayed with Chayo for one day of daycare, followed later in the week with 3 full days of boarding. The boys had a great time, with plenty of opportunities to run and play in the large fully fenced front yard and fully fenced back yard. Dogs are supervised during outdoor play time, which I appreciated since my dogs were new to the group. Chayo also sent me text updates and photos, which eased any worries I had about leaving the boys at a new place. We will definitely reserve with Chayo again for daycare and/or boarding.
