This was my first time using Rover. Heather B. was amazing! She cared for my two cats for 7 days, 1x/day. The daily timing of visits was consistent with what was agreed upon. The photos and notes she posted were so complete and helpful that I really felt comfortable with my decision to use Rover, and especially picking Heather B. This experience has helped inspire me to travel more, knowing my kitties are in good hands!

I’ve had Jose watch our senior cat for the Christmas holiday and now a long weekend. He is always prompt with communicating to me and sends great photos. It seems like our grouchy cat likes him a lot so we will happily continue to use him as available and would recommend!

Kayla is an amazing pet sitter and I'd recommend her to everyone looking for someone to take good care of your pets! She's flexible, caring and considerate. Very interactive with my Cat and always goes above and beyond in her visits!

Sara took great care of our puppy! She was so kind and we appreciated her timeliness and communication while we were away. Sara gave our energetic puppy food, walks, and play!

My dog is notorious for being very excitable and energetic. Sarah did an amazing job with him and seemed very comfortable throughout the whole process. She also looked after my cats with no issues. She is very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for everything Sarah!

Jackie was able to come over last minute which I greatly appreciated, thanks as always Jackie!

Clyanna, was so wonderful with our new puppy, who is just learning the basics of potty training :). She stopped by twice a day, and made sure our pup had cuddles , food and a break from his playpen. He willing goes in his pen and crate which is just a testament to the fact that he feels well cared for. Loved the daily pics too!

Glenmary and her partner were amazing with our two cats while we were away! It was our first time hiring someone and it was nice knowing our babies were in great hands! They sent lots of pictures and followed the directions we left perfectly. We would 100% book with them again and would recommended them!

Colby’s first week with Ewan was great! Colby was shy at first but with Ewan’s calm demeanor and patience Colby came around quickly. Plenty of great pictures throughout the day was reassuring and allowed me to have a productive day at work without being worried of my new pup is adjusting. Thank you Ewan.

Miranda did drop-in visits for my cats while I was out of town and she was great! She followed all of my instructions and gave detailed updates after every visit with lots of pictures.

Eleanor has been so amazing with our puppy shark! She has even come a little earlier to help him get adjusted to his new schedule. Stitch always had a fun time with her and she wears him out! I am so happy that someone recommended me to her, she has been fantastic with the teething puppy and his new surroundings. Her photos and videos always make me happy seeing him play!

Elena was really great with our two dogs. They liked her immediately. She is very communicative, kind, and reliable. Would definitely book services with her in the future!

Barbara was so attentive, kind and all around lovely with the care of our cat. He is a nervous guy when we go away and Barbara made sure he was well fed, snuggled and given the attention he needed. Sent us great pics and clips of him. We will 100% have Barbara as our sitter in the future. Thank you so much for caring for our guy while we were away!

Always amazing! Rachel is very understanding and flexible, as she’s been my chosen repeat sitter for over half a year now. She’s always so kind and honest.

Laney was great with communication and did an amazing job with my four cats, including one who needs daily diabetes medication (around the holidays too!). Highly recommended!
