Carly is very attentive to our dog Hudson. When he was having a slight issue, Carly contacted me to update me and also took the time to call Rover's veterinarian support sevice. She even offered to take him into a vet or spend extra time with him if needed. She gives you assurance that your dog is in great care!

I’m not very tech savvy and I still have to learn how to use all the functions in the app. I messed up the confirmation and which wasted some of Monai’s time. Despite my lack of communication she came anyway and was extremely friendly and really great with Keylo! So much so she ran with him through these terrible smoke conditions!!! If I could give her 20 stars I would! Talk about customer service! Thanks again!
