Victoria went above and beyond to take care of our kitty—over the holiday season and regardless of a blizzard that made travel difficult, she showed up! Emily was a great help to us when we were out of town. We experienced some technical issues with our automatic litter unit, and she communicated with us effectively to ensure the cats were taken care of and that we understood what was happening at home. She made friends with our cats, and I will book her in the future.
