Catherine has been so great and on point with everything thr kitties have needed. We love using her for Rover and hope to book her again soon!

Barbara does an absolutely amazing and reliable job of taking care of our cat. We feel so at ease leaving the house knowing Barbara will be there!

Jessica was great with our fur baby, and we will definitely be reaching out in the future! We are always nervous when leaving Scout alone, but she was well-taken care of, and clearly had lots of playtime and pets. Shy is the best! My family hasn't gone away together in years--and trying to find a place to board a cat is not easy in this area. Suki is a Covid cat and hasn't been alone since she was born so I was worried how she'd react being in a strange place with no one she knew. Shy made sure to send updates and photos and helped ease her into her stay. You can only hope to board your cat with someone who loves pets as much as you do and that's Shy. She was always in communication with us and took care of Suki in the best way possible. We will definitely use Shy's services again!
