Ellie is the nicest, most conscientious, and compassionate pet caregiver we have ever encountered for the care of our very special Maine Coon, Oliver. It was snowmageddon in Yonkers, while i was on holiday in 100 degree temperatures in Australia! Karen was a certain life rope for me and my kitties as we also dealt with toilet leak troubles on the floor beneath my unit. Karen was able to quickly pivot and help provide access to my apartment for our super. She was flexible and reliable through it all!

Maria took excellent care of our cat for a week, 2 visits a day. She was there like clockwork - and sent us photos, which we loved. I appreciated how communicative she was, especially with a snowstorm coming. Would 100 % use her again.

Elena was absolutely incredible!! We have a very shy cat, but she immediately gravitated towards Elena! Elena was so calming and truly learned what both of our cats needed in order to give them the best care. She was able to give our other cat his pill, and did a great job!
