Kaylee is very communicative and flexible just like the other comments say and I want to thank her so much for visiting my cat, I think he really enjoyed it. Me and my cat felt safe and happy.

Nicole just completed her first set of visits with Gaia. It went great! Nicole communicated with us really well. She sent lots of pictures and asked questions as needed, but mostly she spent time with Gaia and followed her cues which was really important to us. We came home to a very happy cat!
