Nicole is an absolute gem of a care giver for both my cat as well as covering my home as well. She responsibly communicated with me while I was away and sent plenty of photos, even through connection services were limited as my husband and I were traveling internationally. Onyx provided in home doggie care for a full week to my senior dog. I could not have asked for a more compassionate, caring and loving person. She followed all instructions which included the dispensing of medication twice a day. The daily updates with photos and messages kept me connected and reassured that my dog was safe and in good hands. Brittney took great care of our dogs! We were a little nervous about leaving our puppy overnight for the first time but with her help he did just fine. She made sure to send pictures and was upfront about when she needed to leave the house.
