Emily is exceptional! This was our first time using Rover after moving to a new home and not yet knowing people around us to help take care of our cat. Emily was able to accommodate a last minute request, answered our questions, and most importantly was super communicative while we were away. She clearly cared about our cat and spent time with her, but also looked after the house which eased our worries. I could tell from the photos that our cat warmed up to her! Thank you so much Emily!

Kylee did an amazing 👏 job with my two cats. She was able to find them in their hiding places and that was no easy task, lol. She got to know them.
