Doggy Day Care in Billington Heights

I was super worried about leaving my puppy for the first time but Jenn and Brian were so good to him! They kept me updated with pictures and videos during the day and he had a great time. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality care experience for their dog!

I started bringing my german shepherd puppy to Chelsea & Derek @10 weeks old. Im Jealous I can't spend all my time with her, but very assured she is well taken care of. I know they love their own and all other animals. She is safe, and gets supervised socialization and play with other dogs all day. They always send me pictures if I ask, and keep me filled in on how the day went. They even help continue the training I am doing with her while I'm away. Couldn't have found a better place to bring my new baby! They will be her family away from mine :)

The kindest family! I’m so grateful for how well they took care of my fur baby. Will hands down continue to work with Sarah next time I’m in town.

Natalie was awesome. She was super professional, responsive, attentive and loving for Copper. You could tell he felt comfortable right away and didn’t make any fuss when i had to leave. I also needed Natalie’s help in the 11th hour as i booked with her after plans fell through elsewhere. She was up to it. I also appreciated that she had a standard for the dogs that she invites into her home. She was diligent about checking with me regarding coppers shot records and behavior. It’s good to know that there is a standard for the dogs that Natalie is willing to invite into her home. I would book with Natalie again and so should you.

This is a review of Rebecca at her new location in Orchard Park. :) I was very excited to discover that my dog had a great day with Rebecca. He's 6 years old, and not always interested in other dogs. Rebecca has her business set up to accommodate different interests, relationships and playstyles. Not only does she have physical spaces set up, she checks in often and shifts the dogs as their interest and energy levels evolve throughout the day. Rebecca is highly knowledgeable and very attuned to the moods of each dog. She anticipates chemistry which prevents problems. My dog is good at reading people. Rebecca was even better at reading him. We will be back and I'm thrilled to know her!

Mary checked in multiple times throughout the day and sent pictures. I could tell Cade enjoyed his day! We’ll definitely be back again!

Heather left me a very detailed summary of Moose’s stay. She sent me pictures all day as well. Moose came home exhausted! He had a very fun day playing with Heather’s pup. Heather is so nice and accommodating! I will definitely be re-booking! Thank you so much, Heather!

Ivy is an active 6 month old rescue who has been staying with Crystal most week days for a few months now. Crystal has always been excellent at communication and Ivy always looks so happy in the pictures Crystal sends throughout the day. Whenever Ivy is at Crystal’s, I don’t have to worry about her because I know she is being loved and very well taken care of!

Alissa made me and KeKe (my 8 month puppy) feel comfortable. We did a meet and greet the day before. This was my rescue pups first time away from home with a sitter. Alissa made her feel safe and welcomed. Her dogs welcomed my puppy and I will definitely be using her daycare and overnights for my Puppy. Highly recommended. Alissa is definitely a fellow dog lover and treats them wonderfully. KeKe was walked and seem to have fun there with their dogs!

Cassondra helped me out in a pinch and was great! Lots of communication and I felt totally comfortable leaving my dog with her even though it was my first time using Rover.
