Her updates are always timely, thoughtful, and often accompanied by wonderful photos that show how happy and relaxed my pets are under her care. She takes the time to notice the little things—routines, preferences, behaviors—which speaks volumes about her attention to detail and her commitment to providing the best possible experience. Knowing my animals are in her hands gives me complete peace of mind. She’s dependable, responsive, and carries out every visit with care and integrity. Joy came for two drop ins for our cat Linda. We came home to a happy cat. Joy made it a point to stop in and meet us before her first drop in so she was clear on what to do, which was very much appreciated.

Sam was wonderful! Our schedule kept changing throughout the weekend but Sam was flexible and totally understanding. He took the time to learn about our cat’s medication and was very communicative. Overall, I highly recommend Sam!

I really appreciated that she was open to a meet and greet before my trip, and she was very understanding and accommodating when I needed to extend my trip and requested her services for an extra day. Bonnie did a great job dropping in to visit our cat for our weekend away. She sent lot's of pictures, he looked happy and well cared for in all of them. Everything was perfect on our return.
