Knew right away when I spoke to him on a call prior, and when I met him to drop off Ruby that he was a great choice - just by his friendly demeanor and obvious level of experience. Ruby took to him immediately and was well taken care of and looked after during the day. Matthew also kept me updated with videos of Ruby at play. Matt is a great choice to care for your dog. Great convenient location as well. I highly recommend him.
