I was nervous about finding someone to care for my puppy, but I was thrilled when I met Travis and Mel. As soon as we arrived at our meeting point,Shilloh jumped into Mel's arms, and I immediately knew she was in very good hands. They are professional, loving, thoughtful, and incredibly sweet. I am so grateful to have them in charge of Shilloh’s care.

Luisa is always wonderful caring for Nala, very responsive and sending constant updates. We are always so comfortable leaving Nala with Luisa.

Elijah is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He has made my experience unregrettable.

Ms. Shadella's location is easy to park by 9important in the Bronx), She does a nice job of keeping in touch throughout the day with picture and video and reports back when I return. Pepe is comfotabme and I am pleased. Thanks so much, Shadella!!!

Kathereen was absolutely amazing, by the last day my dog was so excited to spend the day with the sitter. Definitely recommend! So nice and communicated frequently throughout the day with updates. Would totally book with her again!

Imari has been such a godsend for me and my pup. He is a special needs guy, and she handles him so so well. He can be picky with his people, but every time I leave him with Imari he runs up to her without a second look back at me. She takes him on lots of long walks and he comes home tired and happy. Couldn’t recommend her more to sit your fur baby!

Karla always takes great care of Paloma. I appreciate all the updates while she takes care of Paloma. Paloma has so much with Karla.

Allison was amazing and took great care of our pup. I really liked the way she carefully introduced my dog to her own dogs. She was great with communication and willing to make accommodations to make my life easier. Strongly recommend!

Vivian was fantastic with our new rescue pup! We’ve had her for just about six weeks and she’s definitely an anxious girl and sticks to us like a shadow. We didn’t know how she would do away from us for a day, and she did wonderfully in Vivian’s care. She shook off her anxiety and started playing with other dogs within 20 minutes. Vivan was so patient with her, and our sweet pup was clearly already comfortable with Vivian after just one visit. She now tries to go into Vivian’s building whenever we pass.

Bryan is amazing! He and Maxalot got along perfectly. Maxalot is usually very slow to warm up but he loved Bryan immediately!! Bryan sent me videos and pictures of Maxalot throughout the day and everyday I got a Rover card. I’ll definitely be using Bryan again.

Teddy has been going to Juliet regularly since I got him in July last year and every time he goes he’s always excited to be there. It’s great having a reliable & caring person caring for my fur baby when I’m at work

Essence has been kind, warm, and very accommodating since our first point of contact when i reached to request a meet and greet before booking on Rover. This was my first time using a pet sitter so I was a bit nervous and wanted to make sure I selected someone who felt trustworthy and experienced. I’m so glad I went with Essence! During our meet and greet, she made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions and demonstrating confidence and experience in dog handling. Her caring energy let me know she would take excellent care of my dog - a 50lb pitbull mix. Essence was always timely during my drop off and pickup, responsive to texts, and sent several pictures and updates throughout the day. I highly recommend her and will definitely book again!!

I truly love leaving my dog with Ethel. She provides more than just a daycare, when I leave my dog with her I know he’ll be constantly cared for, entertained, and paid attention to. I’ve even noticed he’s been behaving better at home, on walks, and at the dog park! I absolutely recommend Ethel’s services!
