First time using Rover and Laura L. was great. We have 3 dogs who are our children and it's tough for us to leave them. Three distinct different personalities with different requirements and everyone did great with Laura including our older dog who requires medication twice daily and frequent potty breaks. During the overnight stay, Laura was professional, provided updates and put up with our frequent check-ins. Most importantly she made our dogs her priority and was with them the entire time. She will be our go to for our next dog/house sitting need.

I was so nervous about leaving my dogs with a sitter for the first time but Haley truly made the experience so seamless and worry free. She sent updates of the dogs every single day which really set my mind at ease. It was so nice to know that someone was actually caring for my dogs rather than just checking in on them to make sure they ate/went outside. My boys adore MacKenzie. She is extremely attentive and honest. MacKenzie delivered more service than she had promised. My head strong active Shepards listened to her commands joyfully. They tested boundaries and MacKenzie won. The boys can't wait for her to visit again.

Dave stayed at our house for a week and cared for our dog and cat. He did a good job with the animals and the house was in good shape when we got home.
