I booked with Xiao for day-sitting my miniature schnauzer, Oslo, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From beginning to end, Xiao was responsive, friendly, and made me completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. Oslo always had good company whether it was with Xiao, her boyfriend, or pet cat Domino. High recommend and will definitely be booking with Xiao again in the future!

Megan was great with Piper - super understanding of his separation anxiety which means he's beside himself for a short while after being left, and then tends to curl up on the bed / sofa feeling sorry for himself. Over the course of 4 days Piper relaxed visibly which made it much easier for me to get through Climate Week safe in the knowledge that he was in very good hands.
