Zach was awesome! He's super communicative and our little difficult weirdo cat (who we love) really warmed up to him over our trip. She can be a hard nut to crack, so kuddos to Zach! I felt very comfortable with Zach taking care of our gal.

Yinan was very friendly and kind with Lucy. She understood that Lucy has separation anxiety and went above and beyond to make sure she was okay. I was kept updated constantly and I was very appreciative of the communication.

Laura took great care of my cat, Bella, over the holidays! She sent photos and detailed check-in every day. I felt much better knowing she was well looked after.

Great job with my cats. It's obvious that she loves cats or animals in general. Very helpful that she had a flexible schedule. Would definitely have her come back again.

Julie is wonderful. She took great care of our British lab while we were away in vacation for a week. She's very prompt, professional and caring. Julie ensured our baby had a great time and did not miss us too much. We found the house clean and a happy dog when we returned. I highly recommend Julie and we'll be using her help going forward.

Lynn took excellent care of our kitten while we were visiting family, she was incredibly thoughtful, asked great questions, sent detailed updates and made sure he got playtime every day. We felt really confident with her watching him. She sent lots of photos and videos too.
