Dog Boarding in Canastota

If I could give Angela 10 stars, I would! She took beautiful care of our dog and treated him as if he were her own. We received updates daily and she made sure our dog was comfortable in his home away from home. He came home happy and healthy. Going forward, she will definitely be my first choice for dog sitting services.

This was my first experience with Debbie and my first time ever leaving my babies with someone other than a family member or a close friend, to say that I was nervous would be an understatement. From our first meet and greet to the weeks leading up to our trip Deb did nothing but make me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I did cry when I left them but within a half hour of leaving she sent me pictures and updates and she continued to do that the entirety of their stay. I never had to wonder if they were ok, I could see how happy they were and from their special Thanksgiving dinner to their arts and crafts I almost started to worry they wouldn’t want to come home! ❤️ I 10/10 recommend Deb and we have already booked her for our next trip. Thank you for Deb for taking such good care of my boys!

Christine and Matt made my first rover experience comforting amd worry free..i went out of town for the weekend and received daily texts and updates which was reassuring. I will absolutely book again and highly recommend! Thank you guys so much!

Polina is truly the best. I know my dog gets the best care and so many walks (which she absolutely loves). Polina is the only sitter I trust my girl with! She’d get 10 stars if I could give them.

Jenna is the only one I trust with my neurotic foxhound! He can be challenging but she makes him feel comfortable and less anxious. Her dog Stitch is the perfect buddy.

Rachel has been great she sends updates every day and responds quickly to texts , Paya had a great time with her thank you for the care you provided ?

Teri and her partner were wonderful with Raven ! They were patient and kind, and took her on lots of adventures. I got tons of updates which I absolutely loved. I would definitely book with Teri again.

Thomas was friendly, calm, and communicative throughout the stay, sending us updates and photos at least once a day. Upon their first meeting at the park, Max walked right over to him and sat on his foot. When we picked up Max three days later he seemed glad to see us but in no hurry to leave. We recommend Thomas with no reservations whatsoever. He will be our first choice taking care of Max whenever we visit my family.

Always great to my dog and he returns home happy. Pics and videos for piece of mind. Easy to communicate with, and always get a prompt response. Will use again!

They did a great job taking care of our fur baby! Daily pictures and updates and followed all of our care instructions to the letter. Would not hesitate to book again!

Our dog is a farm dog with full autonomy most of the time. I was a little hesitant to leave her in a city oriented boarding situation but, to my delight, she was very happy and well cared for by Erix. She even went out of her way, after we put her on her leash to leave, to go to Erix and say goodbye and show her appreciation. Our dog was very happy and well cared for throughout and we were provided pictures and videos throughout her stay to show us how she was doing. Five stars all the way around.

10/10!!! My puppy was handled with so much care and love and it was super noticeable. Sends lots of updates, pictures and videos. Milo was so kind and playful allowed my puppy to feel comfortable and happy. Great experience will 100 percent book with Maya again

Sunshine enjoyed her overnight visit. She got to play with their little dog and was sad to leave.

Susan has been an exceptional host for my little pug. She’s very thoughtful as a puppy host and does a great job of taking of my little puggy! I will definitely recommend her over any other dog sitter in Rover.

My dogs were so happy to be with Be my and her family! Pictures that Becky sent while we were away showed how happy and content they were to be at her home. I was so happy as I was a bit nervous how my dogs would react. I would request Becky again and again knowing I have a great sitter for my fur babies…..thank you Becky a million times over!!!! First time leaving my dog with a stranger and Georgianne welcomed Lance with open arms. She would also send me pictures to ease my worries . 100% recommend!!

Gigi was in great hands for her stay. During our first meet and great Duncan asked lots of good questions to make sure Gigi would be taken care of properly. For her stay Gigi was happy and healthy with plenty of energy when I picked her up. I appreciate the pictures sent each day. I would highly recommend them.

Tracy put me at ease right at the first meeting, Riddick went right to her, I've never borded him with that I knew he was ok , She sent updates and pictures every day. Of course when I came to pick him up I was below the pack. He just loves her I will border him again with her anytime I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to Family or my closest friends Thank you so much.

We are extremely pleased with the care that our little one received while in Irina's care. She was treated like one of the family. We loved the pictures/videos we received every day of our vacation. We highly recommend using Irina when you go away.
