House Sitting in Canastota

We used Emma for the first time this past week. We were very pleased with her and even better, our pets loved her. We have a 14 yr old female cat that needs to received IV fluids every few days and our 6 yr old GSD female dog needed daily oral medication due to being bit by a snake just 2 days before we had to leave on our trip!! Poor thing was in so much pain, not being able to walk on her swollen back leg for days. We contacted Emma right away to see if she would still be able to pet sit and she assured us that she could handle this addtional medical issue. Emma, being a Veterinary Technician Student, has the knowledge and confidence to take care of everything and she gave us daily updates on the dog's condition as well as photos so I could see how our dog was progressing. It was obvious she had everything under control and we were able to relax while away, knowing our furbabies were in good hands. We were ready to cancel our trip, (had a wedding to attend in Colorado, so we weren't going to be close by). So glad we found someone as compassionate and capable as Emma to take care of our pets. We will definitely be using Emma again!

This was our first time using Rover and I have to be honest…I was nervous! The thought of a stranger living in our home for a week with my babies was something I didn’t think I’d ever do! However, I decided it was time the hubs and I actually went away together instead of the usual “divide and conquer”. I found Tommy through the Rover search and the many positive reviews he had encouraged me to reach out. I’m SO GLAD I did! He was every bit as amazing as his previous clients suggested. Communication was quick and he regularly sent me pics of the babies. Our home was left clean and he even performed tasks I felt went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely use Tommy again and encourage you to use him for any of your dog/house sitting needs! You won’t be disappointed! 5 star service!

Alexandria was an awesome dog sitter. She was sensitive to my elderly dog’s needs and followed my directions to a “T.” She kept me apprised of his daily activities and even moods; I loved that she sent lots of photos. She also left my house neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

Anastasia was super easy to work with and took wonderful care of our pups! It was so nice being able to have peace of mind while we were away. Anastasia provided regular updates and was super easy going with all their small dog quirks. Coming home to two happy dogs was the best thing we could have asked for. We hope to use her services again in the future!

Kendal did a great job with our pack! They were happy and healthy, and our house was cleaner than when we left it!

John was very reliable and took great care of our home and dog, making sure he sent regular updates. What better hands to entrust your dog with than a trained vet!
