She is great! I work as a vet tech so its nice to know that Otis is getting great care when I'm not home. Caitlin has been there on short notice and goes above and beyond. I trust her completely. Otis is always in great spirits when I get home. She sends pics and updates which make my day. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to know your fur child is ok when you are not able to be there.
