Elisabeth took incredible care of my dog while I was out of the country for two weeks. It’s the first time I’ve seen my dog look happy in my absence! I got plenty of photos and updates and didn’t worry once. Elisabeth even stepped into extend visits when I got stranded for 24 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!

Bethany was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We weren’t at home (8 hour drive away) when our fire alarm started beeping with ‘low battery’ messages. We requested her to go home and change the batteries so our pet doesn’t get bothered by the high pitched noise. She ensured the batteries were replaced as well as comforted our pet since he had been distressed with the sound. Thanks again, Bethany!

Shannon was absolutely fantastic! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us updated every step of the way. She sent us pictures during each visit, which was such a relief and really helped us feel connected while we were away. Most importantly, she took amazing care of our cat—he clearly loves her!
